While we are still not seeing clients in our office because of the coronavirus, our office is conducting free telephone and video consultations for people who need help with debts they can’t afford to pay. We have also implemented a completely electronic/digital program, so that you can complete the entire bankruptcy process without coming to the office or going to a live in-person hearing. We can meet by Zoom, and the trustees are conducting hearings by video. You can sign all of the retainers by DocuSign, and only need to provide your permission by email to file your bankruptcy papers, instead having to sign the papers in our office.
